Rates are per room, per night, inclusive of buffet breakfast, taxes and service, with free internet, parking and gym access. The special rate applies only to guests of the 8th BPW Mediterranean Symposium.
Availability & cancellation
Rooms provisionally reserved for this event will be released on 25/09/2026. Requests after that date are always welcome and will be handled subject to availability.
- Cancellations and/or modifications requested up to 72 hrs. prior to the arrival time (check-in date @ 12:00) will be accepted free of charge.
- Cancellations and/or modifications requested 72 to 24 hrs. prior to the arrival time will be charged a fee equal to one night of accommodation.
- In case of last-minute cancellation (within 24 hrs. prior to check-in) or no-show, the hotel reserves the right to apply the entire accommodation cost.
