We are a non-governmental, non-partisan powerhouse dedicated to one mission: equipping women to lead. We don’t just help women “develop potential” — we provide the strategic infrastructure to master the boardroom, the laboratory, and the political stage.
We are a vibrant, intergenerational community with a presence in every major city. Our regional clubs are the heartbeat of the organization, including Young BPW — a high-energy launchpad for leaders under 35 — and our English-Speaking Club, bridging local talent with the international community. As a vital member of BPW International, we are your direct link to the world’s most influential stages. We exercise a collective voice at the United Nations (ECOSOC), the Council of Europe, and the European Women’s Lobby, shaping the policies that define the future of work and equality.
